1. Warranty Overview

Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We will repair, replace parts, or replace the product at our discretion.

2. What’s Not Covered

•Misuse, accidents, abuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

•Consumables (e.g., filters, batteries) unless otherwise specified.

•Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) unless due to manufacturing defect.

•Damage during transit if the carrier is responsible (file claim with carrier).

3. Return & RMA Process

1. Contact Support: Email support@sunsirhome.com with Order No., product model, clear photos and a short description.

2. Diagnosis: We confirm coverage and issue an RMA number if applicable.

3. Ship: Pack securely and ship to the address we provide (follow packing instructions). We may cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

4. Evaluation & Resolution: After inspection we will repair, replace, or refund. Typical processing time: 7–21 business days after we receive the item.

4. Returns (Non-Warranty) & Refunds

Change of mind / wrong model: Return requests within 30 days of delivery may be accepted after inspection. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply.

Refund timeline: Refunds processed within 7–14 days after inspection; refunded to the original payment method.
