Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bulk/OEM orders we accept T/T (30% deposit / 70% balance).

Can I change my order after placing it?

Small changes within 24 hours may be possible; after production starts changes are limited.

How long is delivery?

A: Typical shipping: 7–21 days (depends on destination & shipping method). For mass production allow additional lead time per contract.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

How do I request an RMA?

Email support@sunsirhome.com

with order details and photos. We will evaluate and issue an RMA number.

Can I get a replacement for a damaged item?

If damage is covered by warranty we will repair or replace the item after inspection.

Do you provide manuals?

Yes — manuals, quick start guides and product spec PDF are available under each product page’s “Downloads”.

Where can I get replacement parts?

Do you accept OEM orders?

Yes — visit our Solution / OEM page to submit an RFQ. MOQ and lead time depend on product and customization.

Can I request samples?

Yes — sample policies vary by product and customization; contact sales.
