What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bulk/OEM orders we accept T/T (30% deposit / 70% balance).

Can I change my order after placing it?

Small changes within 24 hours may be possible; after production starts changes are limited.

Shipping & Delivery

How long is delivery?

A: Typical shipping: 7–21 days (depends on destination & shipping method). For mass production allow additional lead time per contract.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Garantie et retours

How do I request an RMA?

 with order details and photos. We will evaluate and issue an RMA number.

Can I get a replacement for a damaged item?

If damage is covered by warranty we will repair or replace the item after inspection.
