Recipe: Mango lce Cream

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 80ml
  • Heavy Cream : 120ml
  • Mango pulp: 50g
  • Sugar: Granulated , Moderation

Steps:

  1. Puree the mango pulp in a bowl.
  2. Add Cream, Milk,Sugar into the bowl with mango.
  3. Use blender mix all the ingredients about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixed ingredients into our ice cream maker.
  6. Select Soft / Firm button to start.
  7. 2.0-2.5hrs,Ice cream is ready.
