Recipe: Wasabi lce Cream

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 100ml
  • Heavy Cream : 100ml
  • Wasabi paste : 10g
  • Egg yolk : 3pcs
  • Sugar: Granulated ,40g

Steps:

  1. Put Egg yolk and sugar in a bowl ,Fully mixed the sugar and yolk.
  2. Add Milk and Cream into the yolk bowl . Well mixed them again.
  3. Add the Wasabi paste into the above ingredients bowl.
  4. Heating all the ingredients and mix them become heavy.
  5. Use blender mix all the ingredients together about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixed ingredients into our ice cream maker.
  7. Select Soft / Firm button to start.
  8. 2.0-2.5hrs , lce cream is ready.
