Recipe: Wasabi lce Cream

Ingredients:
- Milk: 100ml
- Heavy Cream : 100ml
- Wasabi paste : 10g
- Egg yolk : 3pcs
- Sugar: Granulated ,40g
Steps:
- Put Egg yolk and sugar in a bowl ,Fully mixed the sugar and yolk.
- Add Milk and Cream into the yolk bowl . Well mixed them again.
- Add the Wasabi paste into the above ingredients bowl.
- Heating all the ingredients and mix them become heavy.
- Use blender mix all the ingredients together about 5-6 minutes.
- Pour the mixed ingredients into our ice cream maker.
- Select Soft / Firm button to start.
- 2.0-2.5hrs , lce cream is ready.
