Recipe Description:​​ Experience the ultimate convenience of the SUNSIR steamer. This recipe lets you cook fluffy rice, tender salmon with vegetables, and a light broth simultaneously using the multi-layer design. It’s a fast, healthy, and effortless way to prepare a complete meal. ​​Prep time:​​ 10 minutes ​​Cook time:​​ 20-25 minutes ​​Serves:​​ 2

​Ingredients:​

​For the Base Layer (Broth & Rice):​

1 cup white rice, rinsed 1.2 cups water (for the rice) 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional, for broth)

  • 2 cups water (for the broth in a separate heatproof bowl)

​For the Middle Layer (Salmon & Vegetables):​

2 salmon fillets (about 150g each) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 carrot, julienned or sliced

  • ​For seasoning:​​ 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, sliced ginger, and green onions.

​For the Top Layer (Optional – Quick Eggs):​

    • 2 eggs (can be placed in small heatproof cups to steam alongside the main dishes)

​Instructions:​

​Prepare the Ingredients:​

Place the rinsed rice and 1.2 cups of water into the ​​removable base​​ of the steamer. In a separate heatproof bowl, combine 2 cups of water and the bouillon cube (if using). Place this bowl next to the rice in the base layer. Place the salmon fillets on a plate that fits the steamer basket. Arrange the broccoli and carrots around the salmon. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and top with ginger slices.

  • (Optional) Beat the eggs in small cups or ramekins.

​Assemble the Steamer:​

Fill the water tank of the steamer, ensuring it is above the minimum level.

  • Stack the layers: The ​​base layer​​ with rice and broth, followed by the ​​middle layer​​ with the salmon and vegetables. If using, place the cups with egg on the top layer.

​Set and Cook:​

Close the lid. Select the ​​standard steaming function​​. Thanks to the ​​1500W Rapid Steam Generation​​, the cooking time is short. Set the timer for ​​20-25 minutes​​.

  • Press start. The ​​auto shutoff and boil-dry protection​​ allow you to leave the steamer safely while it cooks.

​Serve:​

Once the timer ends, carefully remove the layers. The rice will be fluffy, the salmon will be perfectly cooked, and the vegetables will be tender-crisp.

    • Garnish the salmon with green onions. The broth from the base will be light and hot, ready to serve.
